A satz open-cell pads mit different grad of the hardness, designed to work mit dual-action machines mit a 125 mm backing plate. Depending on the need, und hardness of the paint they can be used mit any ADBL Roller polishing machine und any ADBL polishing compound (ADBL Hard Cut, ADBL Super Polish, ADBL Perfect Finish) or AIO (ADBL AIO Hard, ADBL AIO Soft) to perform cutting, polish, finish or one-einstiegsbleche. The diameter of the Velcro is slightly wider than the backing plate warranting comfortable work on embossing und hard to reach areas. Open-cell structure makes it easier to work on soft paint thanks to much higher absorbance of residue. Additionally the pad heats-up significantly less, allowing optimal use of the polishing compound. To paint mit hoch level of hardness it allows one-einstiegsbleche mit a great finish suing ADBL Super Polish or ADBL or ADBL Hard Cut. Pads order from the hardest to softest: EVO Red, EVO Yellow, EVO Orangen, EVO Violet.

NUTZUNGSMETHODE
  • Befestigen Sie das Pad gleichmäßig an der Trägerplatte. Tragen Sie 4 Perlen auf das Pad auf. Legen Sie das Pad flach auf das zu behandelnde Paneel. Schalten Sie die Maschine im niedrigsten Gang ein, ohne viel Druck auszuüben, und verteilen Sie die Paste auf einer Fläche des Panels von maximal 40 x 40 cm. Erhöhen Sie die Geschwindigkeit der Maschine auf 3-4 Gang, während Sie den Druck sanft erhöhen. Arbeiten Sie ständig und halten Sie die flache Position des Pads auf dem Lack. Nachdem die Paste aufgebraucht ist (transparenter Film), wischen Sie die Rückstände mit einem feinen Mikrofasertuch ab. HINWEIS: Zu viel Paste, zu viel Druck oder eine zu hohe Drehzahl der Maschine erhöhen nicht die Effizienz und können dazu führen, dass das Pad überfüllt wird, dass es schwer ist, die Paste zu entfernen, dass die Paste schnell trocknet und staubt, dass sogenannte Pastenrahmen um die bearbeitete Fläche entstehen, die im trockenen Zustand schwer zu entfernen sind.
